REAL BEAUTY CAMPAIGN
One of the most important factors of happiness and success in a person’s
life is his feeling of self-confidence, appreciation and respect.
But many people miss this feeling, why?
In fact, there are many common and negative phenomena that have the greatest
impact on the imbalance of self-confidence, including:
1- Bullying
I don't think there is anyone who has not been bullied before. It is
aggressive behavior that is emotionally, mentally and physically harmful.
2- The wrong upbringing environment
Many parents care about their children's physical health and education,
while ignoring enhance their psychological side.
3- Difficult situations/events
A person may have an accident that changes his appearance or become disabled.
We have discussed some factors, but not only these reasons.
People set some standards of beauty such as: that the girl be tall, with a graceful body, light skin, smooth and blond hair, and blue eyes.
The negative impact of these standards appears when people without these standards are presented to a job interview, and are shocked by the
rejection!
The imbalance of self-confidence has led many people recently to do cosmetic operations. Even most people used to use filters during photography to highlight their beauty.
How can we change people's view of themselves?
Dove launched a campaign called "Real Beauty". It
affirms in its content that we are indeed all different in terms of skin color,
hair, weight, height, and all of it is just outward appearances for a
person. However, the true beauty lies within us.
The campaign calls on people to break free from these standards, accept
themselves as they are, and enhance their self-confidence.
It doesn't matter if your eyes are wide, you have thick eyebrows, or your skin is clear of pimples or scars. Do not cover the patches of vitiligo on your body. be yourself not a copy of others.
)Your difference is beautiful and your essence is more beautiful(.
